How long will it take to process my order?
- Within one to two business days, orders are processed. Your order will be processed the following business day if you place it after 4:00 PM (GMT+1).

- From the date of dispatch, standard delivery within the United Kingdom takes three to seven business days.
How can my order be tracked?
- You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Our website's Order Tracking page also allows you to track your order directly.
Is shipping free?
- Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom and there is no minimum purchase amount.
Changes & Cancellations
Can I modify or cancel my order?
- You can email info@sevedar.com to cancel your order within an hour of placing it. Your order will then be in processing and cannot be changed.
What happens if I miss the window for cancellation?
- Following our Return & Refund Policy, you can return the item once it arrives if the cancellation period has passed.
Returns and Refunds
What is your return policy?
- We provide a money-back guarantee for 30 days. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and undamaged.
Does return shipping cost money?
- You will be responsible for paying the return shipping if you decide to return something because you changed your mind. Sevedar will pay for the return shipping if the item is damaged or defective.
How long will it take for me to get my money back?
- After being approved, refunds are processed and sent to the original payment method within 20 days. Processing times at banks can differ.
