At Sevedar, We know that life is unpredictable. If you must cancel an order, please refer to the policy below.
Cancellation Window

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of confirmation.
After this time, the order will be immediately processed and prepared for shipping.
Orders cannot be cancelled more than 1 hour after they were placed, even in exceptional circumstances.
How to Cancel
- In order to cancel, contact our support staff at info@sevedar.com within the 3-minute window.
- Please reference your order number in the message so that we can find your order easily.
After the Cancellation Window
- If we receive the request to cancel after an hour, then the order would have possibly already been in progress or shipped.
- In such a scenario, you are free to return the product upon delivery by using our Return & Refund Policy.
Response Time
- We normally take 1 hour to process cancellation requests during support hours.
- Requests made outside support hours will be responded to as early as the next available day.
